Their are lots of reasons why I really don’t like gym memberships like for one the membership fee, rainy days, waiting to get on a treadmill for an hour, then of course the drive and all the gas you will spend driving to the gym. This is why I purchased a home gym for us.

By doing a few minutes worth of research you can find a nice deal for you and your family for many different types of fitness equipment. I don’t know what your budget is but you can purchase new, used and refurb’s. However you do know that purchasing used and refurbished machines come with risk. Be sure to thoroughly look over the equipment before buying.
